    We are currently looking for the following positions:

    Microbiologist / Mycologist

    Full time or part time positions available.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Analysis, evaluation and review of samples and associated raw data
    • Data entry
    • Daily maintenance of analytical instruments, maintenance of ancillary equipment
    • Documentation of any maintenance activities
    • Calibration of pipettes, balances and thermometers, and documentation of daily recordings
    • Communicates and document to management deviations from Standard Operating Procedures
    • Assists with preparation, review and approval of analytical Standard Operating Procedures
    • Ensure work spaces are keep neat and orderly at all times

    Indirect Responsibilities

    • Evaluate and recommends new instruments, software or hardware as needed to ensure latest technology
    • Other duties as required during daily activities

    Minimum Educational and Background Requirements

    • BA/BS in Microbiology, Biology, or related science.
    • Minimum 1-2 months related experience in the laboratory’s fields of testing
    • Laboratory experience with fungal spore analysis a plus but not required
    • Must be legally able to work in the U.S.
